Ø You will also have access to endless breakfast, lunch, and dinner, daily, at no additional charges. Alcoholic beverages (outside the venues) are not included in the price.

To book your cabin on the IDS CRUISE, a deposit of $50.00 (per person) is due now or on Dec 1, 2023, If pay after Dec 1, 2023 Deposit will be $75. per person until Feb 1, 2024 After Feb. 1, 2024 all Deposits will be $150 per person.
This amount will be subtracted from the total cabin price.

1st payment $50 per person is due Now or Dec. 1, 2023
Can be refundable 30 days after booking for any reason however there will be a $25 pp administrative fee deducted.PLEASE NOTE: If you reserved a balcony 1st $50 to $75 is non-refundable because all balconies are booked and not reserved.
2nd payment is due by Dec 2, 2023
Can be refundable 15 Days after booking for any reason however there will be a $25 pp administrative fee deducted.
3rd payment is due on Jan. 13, 2024
Can be refundable 10 Days after booking for any reason however there will be a $25 pp administrative fee deducted.
4th payment is due on Feb. 17,2024
Can be refundable 7 Days after booking for any reason however there will be a $25 pp administrative fee deducted.
5th Payment is due March 23, 2024
Can be refundable 5 Days after booking for any reason however there will be a $25 pp administrative fee deducted.
6th Payment is due April 13, 2024
Non-Refundable unless insurance purchased, $50 pp administrative fee and insurance fee deducted
7th Payment is due May 11, 2024
Non-Refundable unless insurance purchased, $50 pp administrative fee and insurance fee deducted
8th Payment is due June 15, 2024
Non-Refundable unless insurance purchased, $50 pp administrative fee and insurance fee deducted
**Last and Final payment is due on July 20, 2024
(no exceptions, if charges are not paid in full cabin is subject to cancel)** If insurance is purchased and you request a refund after July 20, 2024, You will only receive a fund subtracting admin fees and profit cost for entertainment.
Please note on all last and final payment amounts there will be a 4.0% credit card service fee or you can Cash app or Zelle for no additional charges.

Everyone that book with Travel by LD will receive 3 concert tickets, live entertainment, open bar while in 2 events.

NOTE: If you do not book with TRAVEL BY LD and book with the Cruise Line or another Travel Agent you will NOT be allowed to attend the private events. SECURITY will be on staff to enforce the rules.
