To book your cabin on the WALTER D ZYDESOUL CRUISE, a deposit of $50.00 (per person) is due now or on Nov. 18, 2023, If pay after Nov 18, 2023 Deposit will be $75. per person until Feb 17, 2024 After Feb. 17, 2024 all Deposits will be $150 per person.
This amount will be subtracted from the total cabin price.
WE HAVE A 8 MONTH PAYMENT PLAN
1st payment $50 per person is due Now or Nov. 18, 2023
Can be refundable 30 days after booking for any reason however there will be a $25 pp administrative fee deducted. (Balconies are booked not reserved therefore 1st $50 to $75 pp is none-refundable)
2nd payment $100 per person is due by
Dec 16, 2023, Can be refundable 15 Days after booking for any reason however there will be a $25 pp administrative fee deducted
3rd payment is due on Jan. 13, 2024
Can be refundable 7 Days after booking for any reason however there will be a $25 pp administrative fee deducted
4th payment is due on Feb. 17,2024
Can be refundable 5 Days after booking for any reason however there will be a $25 pp administrative fee deducted
5th Payment is due March 23, 2024
Non-Refundable unless insurance purchased, $50 pp administrative fee and insurance fee deducted
6th Payment is due April 13, 2024

7th Payment is due May 11, 2024
Non-Refundable unless insurance purchased, $50 pp administrative fee and insurance fee deducted
Last and Final payment is due on June 15, 2024 (no exceptions, if charges are not paid in full cabin is subject to cancel) If insurance is purchased and you request a refund after June 15th 2024, You will only receive a fund subtracting admin fees and profit cost for artist.

Everyone that book with Travel by LD will receive 3 concert tickets, live entertainment, open bar while in 2 events.

Friday 9/6/2024 2nd Concert , Artist, Theme, Location and Time TBA
Friday 9/6/2024 Captains Dinner (FORMAL) 8:15 pm until 10:15pm
Saturday 9/7/2024 arrive in Cozumel Event TBA (Beach Party Additional Cost)
Sunday 9/8/2024 3rd Concert, Artist , Theme, Location and Time TBA
Monday 9/9/2024 arrival time Galveston 7:00 am
NOTE: If you do not book with TRAVEL BY LD and book with the Cruise Line or another Travel Agent you will NOT be allowed to attend the private events. SECURITY will be on staff to enforce the rules.
Refund Policy
After Artist are booked and confirmed there are no refunds unless carnival cruise cancels the cruise for any reason, all cancellations are subject to $25 to $75 pp administrative fee (depending on date booked)
